Demand response program spotlight

In late 2022, Hydro One partnered with CLEAResult to launch the myEnergy Rewards program, aimed at enhancing grid reliability in constrained areas through voluntary demand response that rewards customers for enrolling devices like smart thermostats, electric vehicles and home batteries. In 2025, the program had over 30,000 households enrolled.
