Ryan is President of CLEAResult Canada. He has over 15 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, with a proven track record of driving client success and managing rapid business growth. During his 9+ year tenure with CLEAResult, Ryan has been instrumental in expanding the business while ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding results for our clients. Ryan is committed to leading CLEAResult Canada toward sustained growth and impact in the energy efficiency sector. Prior to joining CLEAResult Canada, Ryan worked for Rogers Communications and Union Gas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Business Administration in Commercial and Retail Development from Ted Rogers School of Management. Ryan enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, daughter and two dogs at the lake.

Ehsan has over 15 years of experience in energy efficiency, demand side management (DSM) and policy-driven market transformation. As Vice President of Policy and Market Development at CLEAResult Canada Inc., he drives initiatives to promote energy conservation, shape policy frameworks and expand market opportunities for energy efficiency programs nationwide. Previously, Ehsan served as Senior Director of Energy Conservation Programs at CLEAResult Canada Inc., leading utility and government-backed initiatives, P&L management, contract negotiations, and program launches. Before his current role, Ehsan managed energy conservation programs at Enbridge Gas, where he was instrumental in developing the company's 2015-2020 DSM Plan, managing a $60M DSM portfolio, leading stakeholder consultations and collaborating with government agencies including the OEB to align policy objectives with energy efficiency programs.

Jon has over 15 years of experience in Canada’s energy sector, including positions across public, private and non-profit organizations. Before joining CLEAResult, Jon managed a variety of energy programs in Atlantic Canada. He led initiatives for retail, small business retrofits and residential energy assessments focusing on supporting under-resourced communities, including those in income-eligible, rural and remote areas. Jon demonstrates a strong history of success navigating inter-related community groups and driving additional funding to a variety of programs within the energy efficiency sector.

Zoe has over 15 years of experience in energy efficiency, starting with residential income-qualified programs in British Columbia where she lives today. Zoe joined CLEAResult Canada in January 2023 and leads all residential programs in the Western and Prairie provinces. She has a team of 80+ professionals delivering a variety of program types across the region. Zoe is a well-respected, results-driven leader that builds strong relationships with clients, vendors and colleagues. She is a long-time resident of the Lower Mainland, where she lives with her husband and son and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Jamie is a seasoned leader in energy efficiency, sustainability and operations with over 20 years of experience. As Senior Director at CLEAResult, Jamie leads a team of 70+ professionals delivering energy efficiency programs across Canada. Prior to CLEAResult, Jamie served as Senior Director at MyHEAT, which used remote sensing and AI to identify home energy loss, and as Chief Operating Officer at Neutral Fuels, the largest biofuel producer in the Gulf region. Jamie holds a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS in Engineering Systems and Management and is a licensed Civil Engineer. Jamie’s credentials include PMP, CEM and LEED AP.

Sameh started with CLEAResult Canada in 2014 as an analyst on our Retrofit delivery team, responsible for the technical analysis and review of C&I projects submitted in Ontario. Sameh has progressed through the organization by dedicating himself to solving many of the region’s most challenging and complex problems. After spending three years away from CLEAResult, Sameh returned in 2022 as a leader of our East Residential Team. He was instrumental in supporting the region through hyper growth and provided steadfast leadership through tumultuous times. Sameh brings out the best in those around him and is dedicated to investing in ways to improve his community and the energy efficiency sector. Sameh holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto. Credentials include: EIT, CEM and CMVP. He moved from Egypt to Toronto in 2008 and continues to live there with his two dogs.

Nik is an accomplished professional engineer with more than 20 years of experience in Canada's energy sector. Nik leads the Indigenous and Remote Communities team focused on improving housing conditions and reducing energy bills for Indigenous and Remote communities across Canada. He is a strong advocate for energy efficiency and successfully led the development and implementation of four multi-year energy efficiency frameworks across Ontario between 2011 and 2024 with the Independent Electricity System Operator. Nik also brings extensive experience in designing and supporting initiatives for Indigenous communities, having spent several years with the federal government developing national programs and tools aimed at driving impactful change.

Tawfic is a technology leader with over 18 years of experience in technology strategy, solution delivery and digital transformation. Tawfic leads the business technology team and is responsible for aligning and driving CLEAResult Canada Inc.’s technology product offerings to enable successful client and program delivery. Prior to joining CLEAResult Canada, Tawfic headed the Solutions Delivery department at Parsons Corporation where his team enabled clients’ digital change journeys. Tawfic lives in the Tri-Cities and has experience in telecom, architecture design, architecture construction and energy efficiency industries working with global clients in North America, Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Communications Engineering and is a Certified SAFe Professional.

Jessica is an experienced operations leader with more than 7 years of experience in energy efficiency and over 5 years in customer service. She joined CLEAResult Canada in early 2018 as an engineer supporting the program delivery for C&I programs on behalf of utility and government clients. In her current role as Operations Portfolio Manager, Jessica established and now leads a team of 15+ professionals within the Canadian Central Operations team, driving key regional initiatives such as: inventory management, continuous improvement, regional administration, reporting, contract execution, as well as providing IT augmentation. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Energy Systems Engineering and elected to continue her education through partially completing a second degree, a Bachelor of Environmental Science, majoring in Climate Change, minoring in Business. During her undergraduate studies, Jessica contributed to biofuel research at her university which sparked her passion for working within the efficiency sector. Jessica’s credentials include EIT and CEM.
