In-Suite Energy Efficiency Program (ISEEP)

Through the In-Suite Energy Efficiency Program (ISEEP) provided by Efficiency Manitoba, we assist property managers and owners of multi-unit residential buildings (with 4 or more suites) in enhancing the energy efficiency of their units. This program is available to everyone living in a multi-family building in Manitoba. Efficiency Manitoba’s ISEEP offers a two-level approach, including a free "Basic Upgrade" and an optional, incented "Premium Upgrade".

The Basic Upgrade is carried out by a CLEAResult technician, who assists customers in completing the application form and then goes suite-to-suite to install the basic upgrade items. Our services include the free supply and installation of energy-saving products such as showerheads, aerators, LED light bulbs, and weatherization items. The Premium Upgrade involves an optional second visit by a certified electrician who installs smart thermostats and/or advanced HRV controls suite-to-suite.
